DELTA kick lever – a bent light-metal arm with a knurled pedal: the diagram gives 175, 92, 36 and 12,8, with no unit of measurement. Compare with your old lever before ordering.

  • The lever's head fits over the splines of the kickstart shaft; pressing the pedal with your foot turns the shaft, which turns the engine.
  • 175 is marked from the side of the head, where the lever begins, to the elbow of the pedal; 92 is the pedal's length from the elbow to the end.
  • 36 is marked across the whole head – from one side of it to the other; the 12,8 marking points into the splined bore.
  • There is no unit of measurement next to these numbers in the diagram – we copy them exactly as marked, without adding a unit of our own.
  • The head has a slot and is clamped with a bolt – the photo shows the bolt's hexagonal head.
  • The photo gives no number of splines and no thickness for the lever.
