Gear connecting the leg to the variator, GY6 4T 125 cc: 45 mm over the tooth tips in the drawing, 19 mm centre bore and 23 mm between the centres of two holes. Compare with your old gear before ordering.

  • Going by the name, this gear transmits the kickstart leg's movement to the variator side.
  • The 45 mm line ends rest on the tips of the outer teeth – that is the diameter across the teeth.
  • The 19 mm line ends rest on the edges of the centre bore.
  • The 23 mm auxiliary lines drop to the centres of the two upper holes; in total, three small holes are visible on the flat hub surface.
  • The drawing gives no tooth count, no thickness and no distance to the third hole.
