Product information

HIFLO HF164 – a screw-on oil filter. It holds back wear particles and deposits: the filter decides what oil reaches the engine bearings and the valve train.

  • HIFLO number HF164 – this is what the filter is selected by: check your motorcycle's manual or copy the number off the old filter
  • Changed together with the oil, no need to change it separately
  • Before screwing in the new filter, coat its sealing ring (gasket) with clean oil and check that the old filter's ring has not stayed on the engine – if two remain, oil will leak

To be straight with you: we do not publish a list of compatible motorcycles on the card – the HIFLO list is long and depends on the model year, and a mistake here is costly. Write us the motorcycle model and year, or the number written on the old filter – we will check and answer.
