Intake manifold NIBBI: the connector between the cylinder and the carburettor. The set includes an aluminium flange, a rubber sleeve, two clamps, a gasket and two M6 bolts.

  • Flange bore 27 mm, distance between the bolt holes 48 mm, holes 7.5 mm, bolts M6
  • Rubber sleeve: inner 30 mm, outer 43 mm, length 35 mm – the carburettor slides onto it and is clamped tight
  • Everything needed to fit it is in the set: the gasket and bolts are already included, no need to buy them separately
  • Over time the rubber hardens and cracks – through the crack the engine draws in unfiltered air that bypasses the carburettor, and the idle speed rises and will not come back down

To be straight with you: the name states 28 mm, while the flange and sleeve dimensions measured from the photo are different: 28 mm is most likely the size of the carburettor the manifold is meant for, but the maker does not confirm this. Before ordering, compare the distance between the flange's bolt holes with your cylinder's holes – that is the dimension that matters most.
