LED bulb, BA20D base, in place of a standard BA20D incandescent: an LED has no filament, and on a motorcycle vibration is what breaks filaments.

  • The BA20D base is a bayonet one with two contacts; it goes in with a push and a turn
  • The marking MXGY A08-09X is stamped on the body — by it you will recognise the bulb if you ever need the same one again
  • The body is finned — that is the LED's heatsink; it needs room behind the bulb, so look and see whether that room is there
