Halogen 12 V 35/35 W bulb with a PX15D base, white light — a headlight bulb with two filaments, dipped and main. The name gives 35x35 W: the same 35/35 W.

• The PX15D base is metal, with a locating ring and a locking tab; both contacts can be seen on the bottom of the cap in the photo
• Two filaments of 35 W each — both beams come out of the same bulb, so a bulb that goes often puts out both
• Halogen, not incandescent — it burns with a whiter light; hold it by the base, because finger grease left on the glass overheats and the bulb burns out sooner
