Fuel mixture manifold for the ATV200 quad, supplier code WI ZVZ3051: 50 mm and 55 mm in the drawing. Measure both fixings before ordering.

  • The manifold carries the mixture from the carburettor to the cylinder head and keeps a sealed joint on both sides.
  • The 50 mm line runs between the two studs on the engine side, screwed into the body.
  • The 55 mm line runs between the two flange holes on the carburettor side.
  • The photo shows a black round sealing ring set into the groove on the carburettor side, and two long threaded studs.
  • The photo gives neither the bore diameter, nor the stud thread size, nor the alloy grade.
  • Supplier code WI ZVZ3051 – quote it if you order again.

To be straight with you: the drawing has no manifold height or bore diameter, so we do not write them. Before ordering, measure the gap between the studs and between the flange holes, send us a photo of the old part – we will check it before you order.
