Variator nut M12×1,25 PIAGGIO NRG RUNNER: the photo shows one yellow zinc-plated hexagon nut with a wide round flange, a mottled pinkish and greenish shade. Check the shaft’s thread.

  • The variator nut holds the variator onto the crankshaft end – unscrewing it takes the variator off.
  • M12×1,25 – a 12 mm diameter thread with a 1,25 mm pitch; a standard M12 nut has a 1,75 mm pitch.
  • The flange is visible in the photo only from above, so whether its underside is smooth or serrated, we do not know.
  • The name states PIAGGIO, NRG and RUNNER, but there is neither a year nor an engine type.
  • The photo gives no spanner size, no height and no flange diameter.
