S1P work boots (EN ISO 20345): genuine leather upper, 200 J toecap, puncture-resistant midsole, antistatic two-layer polyurethane sole.

  • S1 in the marking means a closed heel area, antistatic properties and energy absorption in the heel
  • The letter P adds a puncture-resistant midsole — protection against nails and sharp scrap underfoot
  • The toecap takes a 200 J impact; the standard does not say whether it is steel or composite, so neither do we
  • Upper: genuine leather, with a padded collar around the ankle
  • Sole: two-layer polyurethane (PU/PU) with a lugged tread
  • Four pairs of lacing loops plus eyelets — the lacing pulls the boot up along the whole instep
