Product information

Carburettor jet M6, hole 0.60mm. The jet (nozzle) doses the petrol that enters the air stream. The hole size decides the richness of the mixture: bigger – more petrol, smaller – less.

  • Thread M6 and hole 0.60mm – both must match what you unscrew from your carburettor
  • You will change it in a few minutes: unscrew the carburettor's bottom, unscrew the old one, screw in the new one
  • After changing the exhaust, air filter or cylinder, the mixture usually goes lean, and the main jet has to be taken bigger – the size is found by trying, not by calculating
  • The neighbouring M6 thread sizes are 0.55 and 0.65mm; look for such jets and their sets in the "Carburettors and their parts" category

To be straight with you: the jet is marked with only the thread and the hole. Which carburettor it is meant for, and whether it will be the main or the idle jet in yours, the maker does not say. Jets of the same thread differ in length and head between carburettors, so a matching thread alone is not enough: compare with the old one or send us its photo – we will tell you whether it matches.
