Voltage regulator relay

Voltage regulator relay with no extra markings in the name: across the five photos on this card at least four differently shaped regulators can be seen. Compare them with your old one and write to us which one you need.

• The regulator holds the generator voltage at a level the battery and bulbs are not yet afraid of; once it stops working, either the battery stops charging or the bulbs burn out one after another
• In the first photo — a black ribbed housing with a white four-pin connector block cast into the side
• In the other two — a bare aluminium housing with two mounting lugs and a black connector block whose sockets are numbered 1 to 8
• In another — a bare aluminium housing with a light-blue terminal strip cast with the marks G, G, +B, C and an earth symbol
• In another — a black ribbed housing with a wiring loom and a black connector block at the end
• The sixth photo is shared with another product, so we do not describe its appearance from it
• None of the photos shows dimensions, voltage or current
• The supplier gave the same code to seven different products at once, so we do not print it: ordering by it would get you the wrong part

To be straight with you: which of the regulators shown in the photos will arrive for this card, the maker did not specify, and we do not guess: the connector blocks' pins and markings differ, and connecting it against your own wiring burns out the regulator or the generator windings. Before ordering, measure the distance between the centres of your old regulator's mounting holes, count the wires and their colours, send us a photo of the old part — we will check it before you order.
