Spring chain tensioner with a plastic roller: it bears on the lower run of the chain and takes up the slack on its own, without moving the wheel back.

  • Unlike an axle adjuster it does not push the wheel: the roller presses on the bottom run and the spring picks up the slack that appears
  • White plastic roller with a groove — the chain runs in the groove and does not jump sideways
  • A spring on the arm holds the roller pressed against the chain
  • Mounting lug with a steel bush — bolted on with a single bolt
  • Spare rollers on their own are in the same category
  • Chains, joining links and slider shoes are there too, in the same category
