Brake sensor left side

Left-side brake sensor: the photo shows a black plastic body with 2 flat spade contacts, one round mounting hole and a second hole with a rubber bush. Compare the hole positions with your lever bracket.

• The brake sensor switches on the brake light when you pull the lever; when faulty, it leaves the light either dark altogether or on all the time
• The contacts are flat, spade-type, both on one side, pointing sideways – wires are plugged onto them, not screwed on
• The body shows two holes: one simply round, the other with a black rubber bush; between them – a small ridge that the sensor rests on against the bracket
• The name says left side, but the body itself carries no left or right marking – that is information from the listing, not from the product

To be straight with you: for which lever bracket shape this sensor is made, the maker did not state, and we do not guess: sensors of the same appearance differ in hole spacing and plunger length.
