Foot brake sensor

Foot brake sensor: in the photo – a black plastic housing with an adjuster nut and a corrugated rubber boot, a steel spring with a hook, and 2 wires run into a white connector block. Compare the spring's hook with your own brake lever.

• The foot brake sensor turns on the brake light when you press the pedal; a spring pulls it, so adjusting it also changes the moment the light comes on
• A long, thin steel spring with a hook at the end comes out of the sensor – it hooks onto the brake lever
• The housing is black, with a knurled nut and a corrugated rubber sleeve; the nut raises or lowers the sensor in its bracket, setting the trigger point this way
• There are two wires – black and green; they run into a white two-pin connector block
• The photo gives no spring length, no thread size, no wire length and no voltage
• Supplier code MC 04000 – state it again when ordering

To be straight with you: what thread the sensor housing has and how long the spring is are not marked in the photo, and we have not measured them ourselves. Which model and which years it is for, the maker also did not state. Before ordering, measure your old sensor's thread and the distance from the bracket to the lever, and send us a photo of the old part – we will check it before you order.
