I received the wrong part — what now?

It happens, rarely. When it does, we own it.

What to do

  1. Photograph the package and the part you received.
  2. Email info@jusmila.lt with the order number and photos within 48 hours.
  3. We email a free DPD return label.
  4. The correct part ships as soon as we confirm the issue — often the same day.
