How do I pick the right helmet size?

A helmet that is even one size off is either dangerously loose or unbearable after twenty minutes. Getting the size right takes thirty seconds with a tape measure.

Measure your head

Wrap a soft tape measure around your head at its widest point — above the eyebrows in front, around the widest part at the back. Keep it level and snug, not tight. Round to the nearest half centimetre.

Match it to the size chart

Every helmet listing on Jusmila has its own size table (open the "Dydžio lentelė" / size guide on the product page) — sizes are not standardized between brands, so a Medium in one model can be a Small in another. When you are between two sizes, size up if you wear glasses or a balaclava underneath, size down for a race-oriented fit.

Try it before you ride

A correctly sized helmet should feel firmly snug with no pressure points, not shift when you shake your head, and leave mild cheek pressure that eases after a few minutes. If it moves on your head at all, go a size down.
